Refund Policy
General Provisions
TutorBaba acts as an intermediary platform facilitating the connection between academic experts and customers. If You, the client, make any contracts of work with the expert listed on our website, outside the platform, We, TutorBaba, shall not be liable or responsible for monitoring transactions and exchange of work for any such contract. Our Refund Policy aims to provide clear guidelines for instances where our services do not meet customer expectations.

Refund Conditions
- No Tutor Assigned: If no tutor has been assigned to your order, a full 100% refund will be issued. This is an uncommon situation, and we will notify you promptly if it occurs.
- Tutor Confirmed: If a cancellation has been requested by you after some progress has been made by the assigned expert and your refund request has been accepted by us after a complete examination, you may receive a refund ranging from 25% to 100%, depending on the progress made.
- Late Delivery: If delivery is delayed due to the tutor’s illness or an emergency, you can request a refund only if you have not downloaded the submitted work. If the work has been downloaded, it is considered used, and no refund will be provided.
- Immediate Cancellation: If you cancel your order within one minute of placing it, a full 100% refund will be issued.
- Non-Feasible Task: If, after confirming the order, we determine the task cannot be completed, we will issue a 100% refund or allow you to exchange for another services of equal value.
Accidental Duplicate Order/Transaction
- Duplicate Order: Contact us within 24 hours of payment to cancel a duplicate order. If verified as unintentional, a 100% refund will be issued.
- Duplicate Payment: Any extra payment made for the same order will be fully refunded upon request.
Work Not as Described
- Disputed Claims: If you are dissatisfied with the work quality, you can request revisions from the first submission. For more details, read our revision policy. If still unsatisfied, request a refund within 7 days by providing relevant evidence. The outcome will depend on our investigation of the provided documentation.
- Plagiarism and Artificial Intelligence Claims: If you suspect plagiarism and AI usage, submit a Turnitin report within 72 hours. If the detected plagiarism exceeds the acceptable threshold (as determined by the specifics of your project), the refund will be issued. The acceptable plagiarism threshold must be communicated to us before the order is confirmed. If this information is provided after the order confirmation, we cannot be held responsible for issuing a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Customers are not entitled to a refund under the following conditions:
- Low Grades: We do not guarantee grades. The provided papers are references for academic assistance and not directed for submissions. Deadline Changes: If the deadline is changed, previously mentioned refund conditions for delays do not apply.
- Late Submission of Required Content: Delays caused by late submission of necessary information by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
- Editing, Proofreading, Formatting Orders: These services involve minor corrections and feedback and do not substantially alter the original content.
- Urgent Projects: No refund is available for urgent project orders.
- Long-Term Projects: Dissertation, thesis, and proposal projects, which require step-by-step processing and multiple revisions, are not eligible for refunds.
- Procedural Non-Compliance: Refund requests must follow the guidelines and deadlines specified. Failure to comply makes the request ineligible.
Refund Processing Timelines and Procedure
Given the subjective nature of our work, opinions on quality may vary. Refund requests must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Submission: Email any claim, complaint, or refund request to our official email with the required proof.
- Evaluation Period: The claim, complaint or refund request will be evaluated and communicated to you within 7 working days.
- Processing Period: If accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- Confirmation: Refunds, minus any bank processing fees, will be confirmed via email.
Please note that bank transfer fees and delays are beyond our control and not our responsibility.
Chargebacks
A chargeback occurs when you contact your issuing banking service to raise the dispute upon the transaction and they contact us to reverse it. In the event of a chargeback, TutorBaba may suspend account access. Customers are responsible for any fees incurred due to chargebacks or payment disputes.
Account Deletion
Customers can request account deletion anytime. A 14-day window will be provided for reconsideration. Any remaining balance should be claimed within this period. Accounts suspended or deactivated due to policy breaches will not be eligible for refunds.
Payment Services
We use third-party payment services to process transactions securely. We do not store payment information on our servers. Customers are subject to the terms and conditions of our payment service providers.
Payments and Taxes
Customers and experts are responsible for transaction fees and applicable taxes related to our services. The service fee charged by TutorBaba is non-refundable except when the order evaluation is 0%.
Authorship After a Refund
If an order is cancelled, the customer is prohibited from using the provided work. Full authorship of the cancelled work remains with TutorBaba, and it will be marked as not original.
Policy Changes
TutorBaba reserves the right to update this policy. Customers will be notified of major modifications via email or the website. The most recent policy version will be maintained on our website.
Points to Consider for Refund Requests:
- Dispute/Chargeback Cases: Kindly provide an invoice copy and proof of service delivery.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe through debit/credit cards.
- Refund Conditions: Refunds will be applicable under conditions and scenarios from the order placement day. Review conditions between 25%, to 100% payment refund cases.
- Avoiding Refunds and Rework: To avoid refunds and rework, provide all information together at the initial stage, such as task details and reading materials.
- Service Purpose: Our services are for reference purposes only. We do not provide services on behalf of students, and they should not be directly presented as our work.
