TutorBaba is dedicated to your academic future, and we assure you that we will provide the best quality for your services. We offer a free revision policy for appropriate cases to ensure you are satisfied with our service.
Is your case eligible to raise a free revision request?
The following are the eligibility criteria for a free revision request: –
- Standard Instructions: The revision instructions must match the requirements that were given initially.
- Deadline: A revision can only be requested within 7 days of the student receiving their services. Please note that you can request revisions within 14 days after receiving each milestone delivery only for dissertations and thesis.
- Scope of revision: Minor revisions and additions that fall within the scope are free.
How to Request a Revision?
Step 1: Contact Us: Contact our customer support team through the “Request Revision” option in your TutorBaba account or via email/chat.
Step 2: Provide Details: Clearly explain the areas that need further revision or clarification.
Revision Process:
- Review: We’ll review your new request and the initial services details carefully.
- Assigning the suitable writer: We’ll assign the same writer or a suitable alternative based on availability and expertise.
- Revised Services: The revised services will address the specific areas you identified.
When will your services incur additional charges?
- If you have structurally changed your services guidelines.
- If you have crossed the revision policy window.
- If the revision request does not fall under the scope of our policy.
*We reserve the right to assess each revision request individually. If the request falls outside our revision policy, we’ll transparently communicate any associated and additional costs.
